breathe. release. remember.

I’m so grateful you’re here

I’m Kelly, the founder and guide of still breath.

For most of my life, I lived by the mindset “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” I had experienced some painful things, but I told myself I was fine — that I was just tougher, more resilient, “built different.”

That belief started to unravel when my body began to speak — and it spoke loudly. I was constantly bloated, inflamed, stressed, disconnected, sad, breaking out, exhausted… all the signs that something deeper was asking for my attention.

So I did all the “right” things. I went to therapy, stopped drinking, cleaned up my diet, started moving my body, quit the job that drained me, journaled, meditated — and while those changes helped, something inside still felt off.

On the outside, I was healthy and happy. On the inside, I was still anxious, disconnected, ungrounded, and out of touch with myself.

That’s when breathwork found me. And it changed everything..

what is breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of intentionally using the breath to influence your physical, emotional, and energetic state. There are many different styles of breathwork — from gentle grounding techniques to more activating, transformational patterns.

At still breath, we offer conscious connected breathing: a continuous, flowing breath with no pauses between the inhale and exhale. The rhythm mirrors the natural movement of a wave — fluid, circular, and alive.

Through this pattern, you’re guided into a deeper connection with your body and nervous system, allowing space for emotional release, inner clarity, and a profound sense of calm. It’s not about forcing or fixing — it’s about remembering how to listen, soften, and come home to your breath.

learning to feel again

In my first breathwork session, I actually struggled to connect with my body. After being disconnected for so long, it felt almost foreign to tune in — to truly feel.

When I finally found that grounded presence, there was a huge release. It’s hard to put into words what it felt like when my stored stress, emotions, and old pain knocked on the door and asked to be felt.

I cried — hard. Without rhyme or reason. Without a story or an explanation. My body was finally letting go of something it had been holding for years.I didn’t know exactly why I was crying, but I knew it felt so damn good. So freeing.

After that, I became fascinated — obsessed, even — with understanding how the body holds onto unprocessed experiences, how the nervous system communicates, and the key to unlock it all, our most sacred tool, the breath.

Through the breath, I stopped trying to think my way through healing and started to feel my way home. My body softened. My nervous system found safety. And for the first time in a long time, I felt truly connected — calm, present, alive.

I share my experience to give you a felt sense—a raw, bare, and deeply human experience. No two breathwork sessions are ever the same. Before each session, I'll have you set an intention.

In breathwork, we typically don’t get exactly what we think we want— we always receive what we need.

The body is wise; it knows how to heal, release, and surrender.
